How It Works:

2. Sign Up: When they sign up for a storage unit or parking space, they must mention your name.
3. Get Rewarded: Once they’ve been with us for three months, you’ll receive a $50 credit on your storage bill or a $50 Amazon gift card.

• The referral must be mentioned at the time of rental.
• The referred customer must rent for at least three months.
• Referral rewards will be processed after the referred customer has completed their third month of rental.
• Credits are applied to the next billing cycle; Amazon gift cards will be emailed. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the credit/gift card once the 3 months have been completed.
• Referral bonuses cannot be claimed if the referred tenant shares the same address as the referrer.

• A $50 credit on storage bills or an Amazon gift card as the incentive.

• Both current tenants and new customers are eligible to participate.
• The referral must result in a successful rental of a storage unit or parking space.
• The referred customer must list the referring tenant's name at the time of rental.

• The $50 credit or gift card will be awarded after the referred customer has rented for at least three months.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a tenant can make.
• The referral credit can be applied to future storage bills or can be chosen as an Amazon gift card.

• The referring tenant can choose to receive the $50 as a credit on their storage bill or as an Amazon gift card.
• Credits will be applied to the next billing cycle after the referred customer has completed their third month of rental.
• Amazon gift cards will be sent to the referring tenant's email address on file.

• The referral program is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.

• Self-referrals are not allowed. A tenant cannot refer themselves or their spouse/same household family members.
• Referrals of existing tenants or those who have had a rental agreement within the past 12 months are not eligible.

• The $50 credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

• Referral rewards are limited to one per referred customer, regardless of the number of units or spaces they rent. If a referred customer rents multiple units or spaces, the referring tenant will only receive one $50 credit or gift card or one $50 credit.
• The referral must result in a rental that remains active for at least three months without any missed payments.

• Referral rewards may be subject to tax reporting. It is the responsibility of the referring tenant to comply with any applicable tax laws.

• The referred customer must mention the referring tenant’s name at the time of signing the rental agreement to qualify for the reward.
• Referrals made after the rental agreement is signed will not be eligible for the reward.

• Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Hawkeye Storage management.

• By participating in the referral program, you agree to allow Hawkeye Storage to use your name and referral status in marketing materials, unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.
